• Yuhas Real Estate encourages, but does not require, all clients to have a pre-approval to view a home, unless Seller requires it. Yuhas Real Estate will attach a copy of the pre-approval or proof of funds to all offers.

• Yuhas Real Estate does not require clients to show identification.
